Home Computer Advanced Course (GB)

Home Computer Advanced Course was a multi-format magazine published by Orbis Publishing in Great Britain. This educational magazine provided an overview of all aspects of computer technology, with articles and tutorials about programming, binary logic, disk drives, printers and many other topics. It was launched as a successor to The Home Computer Course and published weekly during 1984-85. A total of 96 issues were produced, but unfortunately it doesn't give the publication date for each issue.

Logic game played against the computer. Each player has 6 bowls, each containing 3 beans, plus a scoring bowl. Players move by taking all the beans from a bowl and putting one bean in each bowl moving anti-clockwise around the board. If the last bean lands in your scoring bowl then you get a second turn. If the last bean lands in an empty bowl, and if the opposite bowl is not empty, then the beans in the opposite bowl are moved into your scoring bowl.
