MikroBitti (FI)

MikroBitti [Micro Bit] was a long-running multi-format magazine published monthly in Finland. It was launched in 1984 and originally focused on 8-bit computers. They gradually shifted attention onto 16-bit machines, followed by PCs and games consoles. Their articles occasionally featured obscure jokes, and sometimes they talked about Star Trek or other topics seemingly unrelated to computers. Only a small number of issues have been scanned.

Finnish & Swedish computers have a slightly different Character ROM (see here). Three characters are changed: [ = Ä, ] = Å, and £ = Ö. If a standard Character ROM is used then these special characters will not be shown correctly.

Program listings use some non-standard control characters.
Upper-case program listings use Ö for Ctrl+3 (red), and Å for Crsr-Right.
Lower-case listings use ö for Ctrl+3 (red), Ö for Ctrl+5 (purple), Å for Crsr-Left, and å for Crsr-Right.

Note: Valloittajat (85-01), Ansa (85-02) and Varkaita! (85-03) are not included on disk because they currently only load from cassette tape.
