Compute mit (DE)
Compute mit was a German multi-format magazine published by Roeske Verlag (1984) and Tronic-Verlag (1985-1988). The first eight issues were published weekly (Week 37-44, dated 5 Sep 1984 to 24 Oct 1984), and the next three issues were biweekly (Double-Week 23-25, dated 31 Oct-13 Nov 1984 to 28 Nov-12 Dec 1984). It then ceased publication with Roeske Verlag and was relaunched in May 1985 as a monthly magazine by Tronic-Verlag, with the final issue published in Aug 1988. It featured hardware and software reviews, programming tutorials, reader's letters and type-in listings (their final VIC-20 program was published in Mar 1988). The magazine was printed in black and white on newsprint, which could make some listings difficult to read; the front cover was the only page printed with colour.
